Do I have to buy tickets online?
Either buy tickets online or an arrival to the aquarium. Any tickets purchased online are valid for 6 months for a single use. You do not need to pre-book a date to visit.
Do I have to print off my confirmation?
Simply show your confirmation email via smart device on arrival to the Aquarium and we’ll scan the QR code to redeem your ticket and admit your entry.
How long does it take to go around?
Length of visit depends on your interest in marine life, but most visitors stay for 1hour – 1hour30mins. Your ticket is valid all day so you can come and go as you like!
We would always advise visitors to attend one or more of our talks and feeds, they’re super interesting and help you to make the very most of your ticket.
How much do children pay?
Children under 3years are FREE of charge. Any children aged 3-12 will pay our junior rate and anyone over 13 years pays a standard ticket price.
